🛍 Physical Products (Apparel, Merchandise, Printed Items)

We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Must be in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

We will gladly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


💾 Digital Products (Downloads, Printables, Files)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

If you experience trouble accessing your file or receive a corrupted file, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
